Plants grown slowly, under glass
A third-generation family greenhouse in the Westland. We grow ferns, calatheas and hanging plants for homes and offices, and sell them straight from the greenhouse.
In season now
Boston fern
Big and fluffy in a 21 cm pot, loves a bright bathroom.
Calathea orbifolia
Wide silver-striped leaves; keep it out of direct sun.
String of hearts
Hanging pot, trails up to a metre within a year.
Grown here
Every plant on sale spent at least eight months in our own greenhouse.
Peat-free soil
We switched to coconut and bark mixes in 2021 and never looked back.
Plant clinic
Bring a struggling plant on Saturday morning and we will tell you what it needs.
